Mako Hattori was born on August 8, 1957, in Tokyo, Japan. He grew up with a love for acting and enrolled at the Actors Studio in New York City to pursue his passion. After returning to Japan, he began his acting career in television dramas before making his film debut in 'House Where Evil Dwells' in 1982.
