"French actress Chantal Bronner's career commenced with Néa (1976), titled 'A Young Emmanuelle' in the UK. The narrative revolves around a bookseller who apprehends Ann Zacharias, then 16, during a shoplifting incident. In his endeavor to rehabilitate her, Ann pens an erotic novel that becomes a sensation. Bronner's character subsequently shares an intimate moment with the bookseller, as she disrobes in his presence, not much older than Ann herself. Bronner resurfaced briefly on television screens in the early 1990s sitcom Sylvie et compagnie but has since maintained a steady presence in TV productions.
