Mia Wasikowska (/ˌvʌʃɪˈkɒfskə/ VUSH-i-KOF-skə) was born on October 25, 1989, and is an Australian actress known for her role as Alice in Tim Burton's 'Alice in Wonderland' (2010). She has appeared in several notable films including 'Stoker' (2013), directed by Park Chan-wook. In 'Stoker', Wasikowska plays India Stoker, a young woman who becomes increasingly infatuated with her mysterious uncle Charlie after her father's death.

Story
Reed, a seemingly ordinary businessman, leaves his wife and newborn daughter, checking into a hotel under the guise of a business trip. His true intention is to commit the perfect murder using an ice pick. He hires Jackie, an English-speaking prostitute from an escort service, as his intended victim. However, things don't go as planned when Jackie proves to be anything but ordinary and seems to anticipate Reed's intentions. A psychological game of cat and mouse ensues between the two.
Summary
