Synopsis
Marilyne, a young French woman studying in Paris, enjoys a peaceful life with her boyfriend Hervé, a faculty member. Their tranquility is disrupted when Marilyne's mother Paula expresses an intense passion for Hervé, shattering their relationship. Marilyne flees to Rome, seeking refuge with Veronica, a friend who is also a singer. Veronica invites Marilyne to stay while she records a television program in Rome, where they both engage in affairs with young Italian men.
