"Pornorama oder die Bekenntnisse der mannstollen Näherin Rita Brauchts (2007), with its lengthy title, seems to reflect Sandra Ferrara's extensive roles within it. Translatable to 'Pornorama' or 'The Confessions of the Man-Like Seamstress Rita Brauchs', and known variously across countries as 'Panorama', this German film mirrors America's Oscar-nominated Boogie Nights (1997), but trades Hollywood for Munich's sex-film industry in the '70s. Sandra Ferrara portrays Elke, a character at ease with her naked form, casually scratching her pubic hair while clothed passersby look on, prior to slicing bread—hand sanitizer was yet unknown then. Remembering the grooming norms of the '70s, Sandra's prominent bush contrasts with her upper assets: small but pert breasts, crowned by pink nipples marked by faint tan lines. Despite her brief acting career post-Pornorama, appearing only in The Inside of Love (2010), Sandra's Woman role earned a Golden Egg Award at Reykjavik's International Film Festival."
