Sabine Azéma, born on 20 September 1949 in Paris, France, is an acclaimed French actress who graduated from the Paris Conservatory of Dramatic Arts. She began her film career in 1975 and has since appeared in numerous films by renowned director Alain Resnais, such as 'Life Is a Bed of Roses' (1983), 'A Sunday in the Country' (1984) for which she won a César Award for Best Actress, 'Melo' (1986) for which she received her second César Award, and 'On aura tout vu' (1976).
