Maricielo Effio, born November 30, 1975 in Peru, is an actress known for her roles in soap operas such as 'Tormenta de pasiones' (2004), 'Cosas del amor' (1998), and 'Los de Arriba y los de Abajo' (1994). She made her film debut with 'Pantaleón y las visitadoras' in 1999, followed by a role in the Ecuadorian soap opera 'La hechicera'. In 2008, she starred in the film 'Dioses', directed by Josué Méndez.
