La La Anthony, born Alani Nicole Anthony, is an American actress and television personality. In her early career, she worked as an MTV VJ on Total Request Live before becoming a host of various VH1 reality shows like Flavor of Love and Real Chance of Love. She has appeared in several films such as You Got Served (2004) and Think Like a Man (2012), and had a recurring role as Lakeisha Grant in the Starz drama series Power. Anthony also hosted La La's Full Court Wedding and La La's Full Court Life. She was married to NBA player Carmelo Anthony from 2010 to 2021.
