Katarzyna Figura, known professionally as 'Kasia Figura', was born in Warsaw, Poland and graduated from the National Academy of Dramatic Art there before continuing her studies at the Parisian Conservatoire d'Art Dramatique. She has had a prolific career in Polish film, theatre, and television since then, often being cast as blond bombshells, prostitutes, or wives of wealthy men. Recently, she has shifted towards more mature roles featuring sorrowful and embittered characters.
