Jodie Marie Comer, born March 11, 1993 in Liverpool, England, is an acclaimed English actress known for her versatile roles in both television and film. She began her career with an episode of 'The Royal Today' in 2008, followed by notable appearances in 'My Mad Fat Diary' (2013-2015) as Chloe Gemell and 'Doctor Foster' (2015-2017) as Kate Parks. Comer received critical acclaim for her portrayal of Ivy Moxam in the BBC Three drama miniseries 'Thirteen'. She has since taken on prominent roles such as Elizabeth of York in 'The White Princess' (2017), Sarah in 'Help' (2021), and most notably, Oksana Astankova/Villanelle in 'Killing Eve' (2018-2022), for which she won a British Academy Television Award and a Primetime Emmy Award. Her film roles include 'Free Guy' (2021) as Millie Rusk/Molotov Girl, and 'The Last Duel' (2021) as Marguerite de Carrouges.
