Biographie complète
Heike Makatsch, born in Düsseldorf, Germany, is an actress and singer. Daughter of former German national ice hockey team goaltender Rainer Makatsch, she spent time in New Mexico to improve her English and studied politics and sociology at the University of Düsseldorf before becoming a dressmaker's apprentice until 1994. Makatsch began her television career in 1993 hosting shows for music channel VIVA. She later hosted BRAVO TV from 1995 to 1996, followed by her own weekly show, which was canceled after eight episodes due to low ratings. Makatsch's acting debut was in Detlev Buck's 'Jailbirds' (1996), for which she received the Bavarian Film Award as most talented young actor. She has since appeared in several German and English language productions.
