Fernanda Romero (born Mexico City, 1983), began her career as María Fernanda Romero Martínez singing with BMG's Frizzby before pursuing modeling for brands like Rock and Republic and Clean & Clear. She then transitioned to acting, hosting Control on Univision, appearing in telenovelas like La Ley del Silencio, and films such as Creature of Darkness. Her breakthrough role came in The Eye (2008), leading to Hollywood films like The Burning Plain and Drag Me to Hell. Romero returned to Mexico for the soap opera Eternamente tuya in 2009.
