Ela Velden, born in Acapulco, Mexico, debuted as an actress in 2013 with 'Gossip Girl: Acapulco'. Initially cast as Jenny Parra but later appearing as Gaby after a recast, she also had roles in 'Niñas Mal 2' and 'Como dice el dicho'. In 2014, Velden landed her first telenovela role in 'Muchacha italiana viene a casarse', playing the younger sister of the main character. She learned Italian for the role before filming began in Italy and Mexico City.
