Bongkoj Khongmalai stars as Jan Dara in 'Jan Dara pathommabot' (2012), a period film set in 1930s Thailand. The story revolves around Jan's tumultuous upbringing under his sadistic father, Luang Wisnan, and his struggles to cope with the loss of his mother during childbirth.
