Angelica Sin was born as Angelica Lee Sin-Jie on January 23, 1976, in Kedah, Malaysia. She began her career as a singer before transitioning to acting in Taiwan and Hong Kong. Sin gained significant recognition for her role in the Asian horror film 'The Eye', directed by the Pang Brothers, earning her multiple awards including the Golden Horse Award for Best Actress and the Berlin Film Festival's Best Newcomer Awards. She has starred in other films like 'Betelnut Beauty', '20 30 40', 'Koma', and 'Re-cycle'. Sin is married to director Oxide Pang Shun.
