Sydelle Noel is an actress known for her role in the television series 'GLOW' (2017). In the show, she portrays Ruth Wilder, a struggling actress who auditions for the professional wrestling promotion called Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling (GLOW). Despite clashing with the director Sam Sylvia due to his unconventional work style and idealistic approach to acting, she is employed alongside her former best friend Debbie Eagan, with whom she had a falling out after an affair with Debbie's husband.
