Sofia Margareta Götschenhjelm Helin, born on April 25, 1972 in Hovsta, Örebro, Sweden, is a Swedish actress known for her role in 'Dalecarlians' which earned her a Guldbagge nomination. She graduated from the Theater Academy in Stockholm in 2001 after attending Calle Flygares theater school between 1994-1996. Helin has lived in Linghem outside Linköping. Her notable roles include chief inspector Klara in 'At Point Blank' (Rånarna) and Mia in 'Masjävlar', which marked her breakthrough. She also played Cecilia Algottsdotter in 'The Knight Templar' based on Jan Guillou's Crusades trilogy.
