Millie Perkins was born on May 12, 1938. She began her acting career with a notable role as Anne Frank in 'The Diary of Anne Frank' (1959). Perkins also appeared in two Monte Hellman-directed Westerns in 1966: 'The Shooting' and 'Ride in the Whirlwind'. Her character, Molly, in the film 'The Witch Who Came from the Sea' (1976) was a deranged babysitter with fantasies about handsome men, who had been sexually abused by her father as a child. Perkins is known for bringing depth and complexity to her roles.
