Marsha Jordan, born Carolyn Marcel Jordan in Gadsden, Alabama, was a prominent figure in softcore cinema during the 1960s and early '70s. She was raised in a Catholic convent but cited John Wayne as her ultimate hero. After working briefly as a stewardess for Delta Airlines, she began acting in adult-oriented films while vacationing in Los Angeles in 1960. Known for her sweet face, long blonde hair, and shapely figure, Jordan played both lead roles and supporting parts, appealing to both male and female audiences due to her likable personality. She retired from the industry in the mid-'70s due to the rise of hardcore pornography and currently resides in San Miguel, California with her husband John Moore and their five children.
