Lauren Lapkus, born Dorthea Lauren Allegra Lapkus on September 6, 1985, is an American actress and comedian known for her role as Susan Fischer in 'Orange Is the New Black' (2013–2014, 2019) and Jess in 'Crashing' (2017–2019). She has appeared in various TV series including 'Are You There, Chelsea?', 'Hot in Cleveland', 'The Big Bang Theory', and 'Good Girls'. Lapkus has also acted in films such as 'Jurassic World', 'The Unicorn', and 'The Wrong Missy', and voiced Lotta in the animated series 'Harvey Girls Forever!'.
