Kerri Kenney-Silver, born January 20, 1970 in the United States, is an actress, comedian, singer, and writer known for her role as Deputy Trudy Wiegel on Reno 911! and as a cast member of MTV's The State. She starred in Pledge This!, where she played Victoria English, the leader of Sigma Sigma sorority aiming to win FHM Magazine's annual best sorority contest by recruiting atypical students.
