Karin Brauns, of Swedish and Latvian descent, was born and raised in Norrkoping, Sweden. She lived in England, New Zealand, and Australia before settling in Los Angeles at the time of her death in 2022. Brauns started modeling internationally at the age of nineteen and later became a SAG-AFTRA actress. Her notable film roles include 'Playing With Dolls Bloodlust', 'From Hell to the Wild West', 'The Obsidian Curse', 'Sangre Negra', and 'The Wishing Forest'. Her last starring role was in the western movie 'Once Upon a Time in Deadwood'. Apart from acting, Brauns had a passion for art, creating an art series focused on wildlife conservation and endangered species. She exhibited and sold her artwork in North America and Europe.
