Scottish actress Karen Gillan gained prominence playing Amy Pond, the companion to the Eleventh Doctor in 'Doctor Who' (2010-2013). She made her film debut in 'Outcast' (2010) and starred in the romantic comedy 'Not Another Happy Ending' (2013), which follows a publisher trying to unblock his successful author by making her unhappy, only to realize he's falling for her.
