Jessica Tovey, born on November 10, 1987 in Australia, graduated from the Newtown High School of the Performing Arts and began her acting career with appearances for various drama companies. She rose to prominence playing Belle Taylor in the long-running Australian soap opera Home and Away from 2006, earning two Logie Award nominations during her time on the show. After leaving Home and Away in 2009, Tovey became the face of Skechers and appeared in Underbelly: The Golden Mile (2010) and Paper Giants: The Birth of Cleo (2011).
