Famke Janssen, born November 5, 1964 in Amsterdam, Netherlands, is an acclaimed Dutch actress known for her roles in various films and TV series. She gained international recognition playing Xenia Onatopp in 'GoldenEye' (1995), and later reprised the role of Jean Grey/Phoenix in the 'X-Men' film series from 2000 to 2014. Janssen also starred as Lenore Mills in the 'Taken' trilogy and appeared in notable TV shows like 'Nip/Tuck', 'Hemlock Grove', 'How to Get Away with Murder', and 'The Blacklist: Redemption'. In 2008, she was appointed a Goodwill Ambassador for Integrity by the United Nations. Additionally, Janssen made her directorial debut with 'Bringing Up Bobby' in 2011.
