Ann Eleonora Jørgensen, born on October 16, 1965 in Hjørring, Denmark, is a prominent Danish actress known for her extensive work in film, television, and theater. She gained widespread recognition for her roles in the TV series 'TAXA' (1997-1999) and 'Forbrydelsen' ('The Killing') (2007). Jørgensen has also garnered critical acclaim for her film performances, notably winning a Robert Award for Best Supporting Actress for 'Italian for Beginners' (2000) and the audience award at the Bordeaux International Festival of Women in Cinema for 'In Your Hands' (2004).
