Aki Takejô, born on November 15, 1934, is a Japanese actor known for his role as Tatsuhei in the 1983 film 'Narayama bushikô'. The film follows the tradition of a small village where those reaching 70 must leave to die on a mountain top. Aki Takejô's character, Tatsuhei, is the eldest son of Orin, who is about to reach her turn to go to the mountain.
