Claire Maurier (Odette-Michelle-Suzanne Agramon; born March 27, 1929) is a French actress from Céret, Pyrénées-Orientales. She began her career with small film roles in the late 1940s. Notable early roles include Gilberte Doinel in 'The 400 Blows' (1959) and Christiane Colombey in 'La Cuisine au beurre' (1963). She gained international recognition as Mme. Suzanne in 'Amélie' (2001). In 1981, she was nominated for a César Award for her role in 'A Bad Son'. She also starred in the French comedy series 'Faites comme chez vous!' (2005) and played a neglectful mother in 'My Afternoons with Margueritte' (2010).
