Jennifer Lynn Connelly, born December 12, 1970, began her acting career as a child model before debuting in 'Once Upon a Time in America' (1984). She appeared in various films like 'Phenomena', 'Labyrinth', and 'The Rocketeer'. Her performance in 'Dark City' (1998) and role of a drug addict in 'Requiem for a Dream' (2000) were particularly notable. Connelly has been an Amnesty International Ambassador, a fashion icon for brands like Balenciaga and Louis Vuitton, and recognized as one of the world's most beautiful women by magazines.

Histoire
In 'Of Love and Shadows', Irene, a magazine editor living under the Pinochet dictatorship in Chile, meets Francisco, a handsome photographer seeking work.
