Jenny Agutter, born Jennifer Ann Agutter on December 20, 1952, is an English actress who began her career as a child actress in the mid-1960s. She gained prominence starring in the BBC television series 'The Railway Children' and its film adaptation. Agutter moved to Hollywood for adult roles, notable among them are Alex Price in 'An American Werewolf in London', Jessica 6 in 'Logan's Run', Joanne Simpson in 'Child's Play 2', and Jill Mason in 'Equus'. Since the 1990s, she has also worked in sound recording and is a patron of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. After a hiatus from acting, she returned to television series like 'Spooks' and 'Call the Midwife' from 2000 onwards.

American tourists David and Jack are hiking in the Yorkshire Moors when they encounter an unidentified vicious animal that attacks them. Jack is killed, but David survives with severe injuries. David seeks refuge at the home of a beautiful nurse for recovery. As he recovers, he begins experiencing disturbing changes to his mind and body; nightmares where he sees himself hunting on four feet. He also starts seeing visions of his friend Jack demanding that he commit suicide to release him from their curse, being trapped between worlds due to their unnatural deaths.
