Penny Irving, born in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, England in 1955, is a former actress and Page 3 model for The Sun newspaper. She gained fame for her role as Miss Bakewell in the sitcom 'Are You Being Served?' from 1976 to 1979. Irving also appeared in the film adaptation of 'The Likely Lads' as Sandy. Notably, she starred in cult director Pete Walker's horror films 'House of Whipcord' (1974) and 'The Comeback' (1978).

Story
In rural England, a former judge operates an unlicensed prison with his lover and other ex-wardens for young women they deem have escaped proper justice. The prisoners are subjected to brutal punishments, including public whippings and torture in cages. One prisoner, Patricia, tries to escape but is recaptured.
