Story

In 'Titanic', Rose DeWitt Bukater narrates her experiences aboard the ill-fated ship from its departure on April 10th, 1912, until its tragic sinking on April 15th at 2:20 AM. Young Rose is an upper-class passenger accompanied by her mother Ruth and fiancé Caledon Hockley. Meanwhile, Jack Dawson, a penniless artist, and his best friend Fabrizio win third-class tickets in a game. On board, Rose feels suffocated by her luxurious yet loveless life and meets Jack when she tries to commit suicide on the ship's stern. They fall in love amidst class divides, with Caledon threatening Jack to stay away from Rose. After the Titanic hits an iceberg, chaos ensues as lifeboats are prepared. Caledon places Rose in a lifeboat but is later saved by Jack. Ultimately, Jack perishes in the icy waters while ensuring Rose's survival.
