Sofia Boutella, born on April 3, 1982, in Algiers, Algeria, is an Algerian-French actress known for her roles as Gazelle in 'Kingsman: The Secret Service' (2015), Jaylah in 'Star Trek Beyond' (2016), and Princess Ahmanet in 'The Mummy' (2017). She moved to France at age 10 with her family due to the Algerian Civil War, and later joined the French national rhythmic gymnastics team at age 18. Boutella is also a dancer and model, having worked with Nike Women's advertising campaigns.
