Samples also acted in various films, including 'Flesh Gordon' (1974), 'Superchick' (1973), 'Up!' (1976), 'Beneath the Valley of the Ultra-Vixens' (1979), and 'Fantasm Comes Again' (1977). She was often credited as Mary Gavin. In 1979, she appeared in the pornographic film 'John Holmes and the All-Star Sex Queens'.
