The story begins when Adam, a charming and attractive man, meets and seduces Lucy, a waitress at a seaside café in Ireland. Despite being engaged to another woman, Adam becomes involved with Lucy, and soon his affairs expand to include not just Lucy's two sisters, Mary (Kate Hudson) and Claire (Phoebe Cates), but also her brother's girlfriend.

Summary

Directed by Gerard Stembridge in 2000, 'About Adam' is a romantic comedy-drama that explores themes of love, infidelity, and sibling relationships. The film takes place primarily in Ireland and involves a complex web of romantic entanglements between Adam and the members of Lucy's family. Despite its unconventional premise, 'About Adam' was praised for its wit and charm.
