Alice Sophia Eve, born on February 6, 1982 in London, England to British actors Trevor Eve and Sharon Maughan, began her acting career with supporting roles in Hawking (2004) and Stage Beauty (2004). She studied English at St Catherine's College, Oxford, appearing in student productions including The Importance of Being Earnest and Animal Crackers.
