"In 1980, at the age of twenty, Swedish model Mia Nygren made her breakthrough when she graced the cover of American L'Officiel. This feat swiftly opened doors to other opportunities, including appearances on French Lui's cover and German High Society's edition, as well as multiple issues of Playboy. Her striking features soon caught the attention of filmmakers, leading to her cinematic debut in Emmanuelle IV (1984). Although she initially shared the role with another actress, Mia took center stage after a transformation scene involving extensive plastic surgery.
Mia's sultry performance in Emmanuelle IV is enough to ignite temperatures akin to Brazilian summers. She bares all on numerous occasions, from admiring her figure in front of a mirror to a topless beach stroll and an intimate encounter with another woman. The movie also features a provocative scene where she strips for a doctor. After Plaza Real (1988), an Italian erotic thriller that marked her second and final film role, Mia returned to modeling full-time. She posed nude for Playmen and Oui but never appeared naked on screen again."
