She also starred as Nurse Ansalong in 'Shock Treatment' (1981) and Beth in 'The Killing Fields' (1984), the latter earning a BAFTA and Oscar nomination. Campbell released an EP, 'The Musical World of Little Nell', through A&M Records in 1978.
