Boti Ann Bliss, born on October 23, 1975 in Aspen, Colorado, is an American actress known for her roles in film and television. She played Maxine Valera in CSI: Miami, appeared in Ted Bundy (2002), and starred in National Lampoon Presents Dorm Daze (2003). Born to a knitting mother who sold custom sweaters, Bliss grew up uniquely with her siblings in a teepee outside of Aspen.

Story
Ted Bundy, a serial killer, begins his violent spree in Seattle in 1974. He rapes, tortures, murders, dismembers, and defiles multiple young women across the country during this period. After his arrest, he manages to escape from prison twice. The film follows Bundy's life from his college years until his eventual execution.
