Story
In 'In the Cut', English teacher Frankie Avery becomes involved with NYPD detective Malloy while he investigates the murder of a young woman whose body was found near Frankie's apartment. Malloy suspects it's the work of a serial killer. Despite catching Malloy in a lie, Frankie continues her relationship with him.
