Ming-Na Wen, born November 20, 1963, is an American actress and model who has won multiple awards throughout her career, including an Annie Award, a Saturn Award, and was nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Award. She was honored as a Disney Legend in 2019 and received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2023. Wen's breakthrough role was as June Woo in The Joy Luck Club (1993). She is known for her roles in ER, voicing Mulan in various films and games, and playing Agent Melinda May in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Wen has also appeared in the Star Wars franchise as Fennec Shand.

Story
Max Carlyle, a successful commercial director in Los Angeles with a loving family, travels to New York City to visit his friend Charlie who has been diagnosed with AIDS. During his stay, Max repeatedly encounters Karen, an attractive woman, and eventually engages in a one-night stand with her despite being married. The next day, Max returns home without revealing the encounter to his wife Mimi. A year later, Max returns to New York for another visit with Charlie but finds that his infidelity from the previous trip still lingers.
