Julie Strain was born in Concord, California on February 18, 1962 and passed away on January 10, 2021. She suffered from retrograde amnesia after a severe head injury as a youth but went on to have an extensive acting career in Hollywood. Known as the 'Queen of B-movies', she appeared in over 100 films. Strain was Penthouse Pet of the Month for June 1991 and Pet of the Year in 1993. She married Kevin Eastman, co-creator of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, in 1995; they had one son before divorcing in 2006.

At Delta Delta Pi sorority, the house mother Marilyn Finch (Julie Strain) and her girls have a cannibalistic tradition where they lure unsuspecting men to their lair, kill them, and eat them. This has been happening for years with the help of the Dean in covering up their crimes. A meddlesome student becomes suspicious about the sinister activities going on within the sorority and seeks help from Rhonda Cooper (Brinke Stevens), a former Delta Delta Pi member. Together, they attempt to expose the sorority's deadly secret before the annual homecoming celebration.
