Hope Marie Carlton, born Hope Marie Engel, is an American model and actress known for her role as Alice Johnson in 'A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master' (1988). Prior to this, she was Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for July 1985. She married developer Robert Levin in 1991 but they divorced in 2005; post-divorce, some of her credits list 'Hope Levin'. Carlton's character Alice inherits dream powers from Kristen Parker and must use them to defeat Freddy Krueger.

Notably, she appeared in the controversial horror film Silent Night, Deadly Night (1984), playing a character who is raped and murdered by Santa Claus.
