La via della prostituzione (1978) is a crime drama directed by Joe D'Amato, known for his exploitation films. The movie combines elements of mystery, investigation, and thrill with themes of human trafficking and prostitution. Despite its provocative title, the film is more focused on Emanuelle's undercover mission than explicit sexual content. It showcases D'Amato's signature style of blending genres and pushing boundaries within the Italian sexploitation industry.
