Story
In the midst of the rising Italian Fascism in Venice during the 1940s, Professor Nino Rolfe finds his passion for his much younger wife Teresa waning after twenty years of marriage. In an attempt to rekindle their relationship, Nino begins writing a diary detailing his intimate thoughts and desires, hoping that Teresa will discover it and understand his true feelings. He locks the diary away but leaves its key hidden in plain sight. The story revolves around Nino's hopes for Teresa to find the diary and unlock the secrets within.
