Mélanie Laurent, born February 21, 1983, in Paris to a Jewish family, is a French actress, filmmaker, and singer. Introduced to acting by Gérard Depardieu at age 16, she received critical acclaim for her roles in 'Dikkenek' (2006) and 'Don't Worry, I'm Fine' (2006), winning multiple awards. Her breakthrough came with Quentin Tarantino's 'Inglourious Basterds' (2009). Laurent has appeared in various films like 'Paris', 'Enemy', 'Beginners', and 'Now You See Me'. She has also directed films including 'The Adopted' (2011) and 'Respire' (2014), and released a music album 'En t'attendant' in 2011.

Story

Lucrèce, an assassin specializing in poisonings and fascinated by opera, accepts her final contract to eliminate British baritone Alexander Child during a prestigious opera festival in the Swiss Alps. Posing as a soprano, she must perform on stage while carrying out her hit. Meanwhile, French counter-espionage agent Rico is sent to infiltrate the orchestra and protect Alexander, unaware of Lucrèce's identity among the suspicious performers and staff.
