Story

Joe's Palace tells the story of Elliot, a wealthy and enigmatic Londoner who owns an empty mansion in the city. He hires Joe, a teenager from a working-class background, to take care of the property while he is away. The narrative focuses on their evolving relationship as Elliot becomes increasingly dependent on Joe for various tasks, including managing his business affairs. However, the dynamics between them shift when Elliot starts confiding in Joe about his past and his current troubles with his wife, leading Joe to become more invested in Elliot's life than initially intended.

Summary

Joe's Palace is a British drama film directed by Stephen Poliakoff in 2007. Set in London, the movie centers around the unusual relationship between Elliot, a wealthy and eccentric individual, and Joe, a teenager from a humble background who becomes entangled in Elliot's complex life.
