Denise Kellogg, born Denise Michele Tom on June 12, 1953 in San Francisco, California, moved to Hawaii with her family at age eight and graduated from Kailua High School in 1971. She became a Playboy Playmate in April 1976 and appeared on Robert Palmer's album cover playing strip poker.
