Serria Tawan Bishop, born September 4, 1978 in Chicago, Illinois, grew up on the south side of the city and earned a degree in finance from Bradley University. She moved to Los Angeles and became Playboy's November 2002 'Playmate of the Month'. Since then, she has appeared in various Playboy videos, TV shows ('Family Feud', 'The Girls Next Door'), films ('Dangerous Invitations', 'Hector', 'Blood Money', 'Candy Stripers', 'Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story'), and held runway modeling gigs for clients like Guess and Fredericks of Hollywood. She has also done print ads for brands such as Coors, AT&T, and Yahoo, and co-authored the book 'The Bunny Book'. Notably, Serria holds a blue belt in karate.

Story
A parasitic alien hitches a ride inside a crash victim and infiltrates a hospital, jumping from one patient to a candy striper volunteer. This infected candy striper begins predating on men for sex and women to spread the alien infection further. Among the patients at the hospital are short high school basketball players who witness these horrifying events unfold. As more people become infected, developing an insatiable sweet tooth and cannibalistic tendencies, a lockdown is enforced by the CDC. The basketball players and some friends attempt to escape the hospital but soon realize that the infection has spread too far and their chances of survival are slim.
