Anne Hathaway, born on November 12, 1982, is an American actress who rose to prominence after her breakthrough role as Mia Thermopolis in 'The Princess Diaries' (2001). She transitioned to mature roles with the acclaimed drama 'Brokeback Mountain' (2005), and went on to star in numerous successful films such as 'The Devil Wears Prada' (2006) and 'Alice in Wonderland' (2010). Hathaway won an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role in 'Les Misérables' (2012). Story
Two upper-class teenage girls from Pacific Palisades, Allison and Emily, become fascinated with the 'gangsta' lifestyle they perceive in hip-hop culture and decide to explore it firsthand in East L.A. They initially have a thrilling time, partying with local gangs and engaging in underage drinking and drugs. However, their reckless behavior escalates when they provoke the wrath of a violent Latino gang after filming a sexual encounter involving Emily and one of its members. The girls quickly realize they've gone too far when they are accosted by the gang and Emily is gang-raped. Allison tries to get them out of the situation but is unsuccessful, leading to a dangerous confrontation with Hector, a ruthless drug dealer.
